Style Front
Objective:
TODAY was promoting its Style pillar starting Oct. 17, 2016. It entailed a week of on-air coverage and new digital features including e-commerce on Style and Home and TODAY Style on Instagram. The brand team wanted to create and/or update our existing digital Style destination to help promote these new features.
Process:
- Helped to define scope of new features and improvements based on short timeline (3 weeks)
- Collaborated with team on iterations of hi-fidelity comps using Sketch
- Implemented approved designs of Editor's note, Instagram feature and design updates using HTML5 and CSS3
- Paired with team to refine the placement all final elements on the page
Outcome:
Editorial and NBC's Today Show staff had excellent reviews describing the front as their "sparkly new look"!
